In every CSW class, you will gain the most powerful techniques from Judo, Freestyle & Greco-Roman Wrestling, Shootwrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, and Catchascatchcan.
Using these techniques, you'll be able to strike, clinch, take-down, and submit any opponent -whether it's in a self-defense situation, for sport, or for MMA (mixed martial arts).
Each of these styles has its own lethal submissions, holds, and locks - and you'll get only the best from each.
